How will my order be shipped?
We primarily use USPS Priority Mail, but your order may also be delivered by standard FED EX or UPS Ground Service at the discretion of American Dance Party. Your order may also come in multiple packages.
Can you ship to more than one address?
We can not ship to multiple addresses. Everything in a single order must be shipped to the same address. If you want items shipped to separate addresses (as gifts, for example), you’ll need to place a separate order for each address.
Can I change/add to my order after it has been submitted?
We begin processing your order shortly after you submit it. Once your order has been submitted we are unable to make any changes to the order. Carefully review your order before clicking on the final check out button.
How long does shipping take?
Please allow 7-10 days for items to ship. We mainly offer products that are fulfilled by manufacturers directly. These items ship at various time frames. Standard shipping typically calls for 2-8 business days from time of delivery until time of arrival. American Dance Party is not responsible for late or missing packages. However, you can get in touch with us through our “Contact Us” section, and we will try and accommodate you in any way we can if you run into any issues.
Do you take returns?
All of our items are final sale. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us as customer service is our top priority.
The item I received has some wear and tear, is that normal?
Each item is a one of kind piece carefully curated by our design staff-rips and tears on products are intentional.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Even if we do not collect sales tax from you, you may owe sales tax on your purchase. Unless you live in Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, or Oregon, your state most likely requires purchasers to report and pay tax on all purchases that are not taxed at the time of sale. AMERICAN DANCE PARTY COLLECTS SALES TAX in states where we have physical presence (or nexus), including Florida. FL sales tax charge is currently 6.00%, which will be multiplied onto your total order amount, including shipping. American Dance Party cannot waive this fee under all conditions except:

. You have a tax exemption certification. We must have this certificate on file before waiving the tax fee.
AMERICAN DANCE PARTY DOES NOT COLLECT SALES TAX in any state NOT listed above because American Dance Party is not required to collect sales or use tax in these states.
FOR OUR TAX-EXEMPT CUSTOMERS:
AMERICAN DANCE PARTY DOES NOT COLLECT SALES TAX if we have your exemption certificate on file.
While American Dance Party tries to accurately report and ship products to our customers in perfect condition, it may be possible that an error is made along the way. If you receive any products that are damaged or missing, as long as the products are NOT USED/OPENED, and the issue is reported within 7 days after your order is received you have 1 of 2 options:
.You can ship the defective product back to us and we will refund your order.
.You can ship the defective product back to us and we will send you a duplicate product free of charge.
How much you are refunded is up to the discretion of American Dance Party, and we take each return on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us through the “Contact Us” section of our website and we will give you further instructions.
Note: American Dance Party is not responsible if your package is lost/damaged in transit. However, if you receive a package that appears to be damaged, and this damage has resulted in damages to its contents, contact us through the “Contact Us” section of our website and we will try and accommodate you in anyway we can.
